The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, is seeking dockside repair services for the Survey Vessel Florida II. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District (ENDIST JACKSONVILLE) - Scope of Work: - Inspection, repair, renewal, and modification of vessel components for a 62-foot catamaran-style survey vessel - Contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, and qualified personnel, including Marine Chemists, Surveyors, Welders, and AMPP/NACE Paint and Corrosion Inspectors - Work must comply with State, County, and Federal safety and environmental regulations, as well as manufacturer and governing agency guidelines - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with marine vessel inspection and repair standards - Adherence to safety and environmental regulations - Set aside for small business concerns

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912EP26QA012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for inspection, repair, renewal, and modification of items as described in the attached SOW on a USACE 62-foot catamaran style Survey Vessel IAW with State, County, and Federal safety and environmental rules and regulations as well as within manufacturer and governing agencies rules, requirements, recommendations, and guidelines concerning the inspection and repair of marine vessels. The contractor must provide all tools, equipment and personnel (Marine Chemists, Surveyors, Welders, AMPP/NACE Paint and Corrosion Inspectors) for the performance of the Work Items. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
