Description

The California Department of Public Health is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed bidders to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair services for the fire alarm and sprinkler systems located throughout their laboratory campus. The contract term is anticipated from July 15th, 2026 or upon final DGS approval to June 30th, 2029. The department intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost. Bidders must comply with the instructions provided in the Invitation for Bid document.
