Description

This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order to provide Cold Mix as specified for the Louisiana Department of Corrections - LA State Penitentiary for an initial 1-year period beginning July 1, 2026 or date of award whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions, with total contract time not to exceed 36 months. Items are to be called for by the Using Agency as needed, with delivery to be within 24 hours of agency call for material. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications, and individual line items may be rejected from the award.
