The New York Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive meal drop off and catering services for annual training at Camp Smith Training Site in Cortlandt Manor, NY. - Government Buyer: - New York Army National Guard (NYARNG), W7NR USPFO ACTIVITY NY ARNG KO office - Products/Services Requested: - Meal drop off services in bulk trays, including breakfast, dinner, and bagged lunch options - Meals must comply with Army nutritional standards (AR 40-25) and the NYARNG 21-day menu - Specific menu items include a wide variety of proteins, vegetables, starches, desserts, and beverages (e.g., eggs, bacon, cereals, meats, salads, cakes, juices, coffee) - Special dietary requirements for each meal cycle: 4 Halal, 2 No Dairy, 1 Mushroom Allergy, and 1 Vegan meal - Portion sizes and menu variations are detailed for each meal type - Bagged lunches must include sandwich/wrap, condiments, chips, dessert, fruit, protein bar, and beverage - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must quote for the entire requirement; partial quotes are not accepted - Meals must be delivered to DFAC BLDG 504 at Camp Smith Training Site within specified timeframes - Food preparation must occur within a 60-mile radius of delivery location - Compliance with federal, state, and military food safety regulations is mandatory - Strict access control and sanitation standards apply - Government may inspect meals for quality and compliance with Statement of Work (SOW 1.7.2 and 1.7.4) - Small business set-aside; firm fixed price contract - No specific OEMs or commercial food brands are named in the solicitation - Quantities include 130 breakfast meals and 130 dinner meals for the 206 Military Police Company Annual Training, plus additional meals as per the 21-day menu and feeder schedule

Description

The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Meal Drop Off – Bulk Trays at, CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE (CSTS), CORTLANDT MANOR, NY 10567-5000.  (07 July 2026 - 19 July 2026).

Solicitation number is W912PQ-26-Q-A021

This requirement is a small business set-aside.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. 

Quotes are due 03JUN26 08:00 AM; All quotes must be submitted via email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil.

4 Halal, 2 No Dairy, 1 Mushroom Allergy and 1 Vegan meal for each meal, each cycle.

Please review that attached Feeder Schedule for a breakdown of the required meals and ensure all quoted meals are incompliance with the provided menu.

Provide all necessary documents to prove compliance with SOW 1.7.2 and 1.7.4.

If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Performance Work Statement have been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered.

All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov
