Description

The Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking proposals for a contractor to develop, implement, and maintain a fully accessible Online Recovery Residence Certification Portal and Statewide Registry. The portal will facilitate the recovery residence certification process, receive complaints from the public about recovery residences, and include a statewide registry of certified recovery residences. The portal must be an external website hosted by the successful responder. The contract is anticipated to start on October 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2028, with possible extensions up to five years.
