The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide telephone data collection services for two major public health surveillance programs: - Government Buyer: - Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), Office of Procurement - Scope of Work: - Conduct telephone interviews for the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) - BRFSS: 4,000–5,000 completed interviews annually (totaling up to 15,000 over the contract period) - PRAMS: 1,500–2,500 completed interviews annually (totaling up to 7,500 over the contract period) - Obtain random samples from the CDC and use CDC-approved survey instruments and protocols - Train interviewers, manage data collection, perform quality control, run data edits, correct errors, and submit data to the CDC within 30 days of survey year end - Experience Requirements: - Contractor must have at least 7 years of recent experience in BRFSS data collection - Must have successfully collected BRFSS data for at least 10 states or sites - Notable Requirements: - Electronic bid submission via the MSDH OpenGov Procurement portal - Documentation of relevant experience and capabilities is required - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Mississippi State Department of Health, 570 East Woodrow Wilson, Jackson, MS 39215 - Period of Performance: - Contract begins upon execution and may last up to five years, with annual renewals at MSDH's discretion

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is soliciting sealed bids for Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) telephone data collection services. The contractor will perform telephone interviews to collect health-related data from adults and new mothers in Mississippi.
