The U.S. Navy's Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for specialized rigging and moving services at its facility in Crane, Indiana. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane), Contracting Office - Products/Services Requested: - Rigging and moving services for machinery and equipment up to 60,000 pounds - Includes provision of certified rigging crews, forklifts, cranes, hydraulic jacks, air skates, machine rollers, spreader bars, lifting slings, hydraulic toe jacks, and cribbing blocks - Services cover offloading, relocating, placing, leveling, anchoring, and disposal of machinery - Electrical services related to machine setup - Requirements and Notable Details: - Vendors must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation - Compliance with OSHA, Navy safety and security standards, and CMMC Level 1 cybersecurity is mandatory - Certified rigging crews required - Maximum order limit of $350,000 per call, with a $1,000,000 contingency - Vendors must be registered in SAM - Place of Performance: - NSWC Crane, Building 122 Model Shop, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Equipment Rigging and Moving services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). SEE SF 1449 SOLICITATION FOR DETAILS OF BPA EXPECTATIONS, STATEMENT OF WORK AND RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0168 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.  

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.  It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.   

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
