The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Mineral Aggregate Class 2 Crushed Stone to specified stockpile locations in Lincoln County, Arkansas. - Government Buyer: - Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), Equipment and Procurement Division - Products Requested: - Mineral Aggregate Class 2 Crushed Stone - 800 tons to Peas Stockpile, 19101 Hwy. 54, Star City, AR 71667 - 700 tons to Peas Stockpile, 5400 Hwy. 83, Mills, Lincoln Co, AR 71667 - All material must meet ARDOT Standard Specification for Highway Construction, Section 403.01 & 403.02 (2014 Edition), and related subsections - Only Class 2 crushed stone is acceptable; crushed gravel is not permitted - Requirements: - Bidders must list their source quarry; if not on the Qualified Products List (QPL), written certification of compliance is required - All material must be tested and certified at the plant by the vendor/contractor; ARDOT reserves the right to retest - Delivery must occur between July 1 and July 31, with continuous delivery until completion - Bid and performance bonds are required - Certifications regarding boycotts and illegal immigrant employment must be completed - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; suppliers must comply with all ARDOT requirements and specifications
