The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is soliciting competitive bids for the production and delivery of two custom educational playing card decks: one Hazard Mitigation deck and one Earthquake/Tsunami deck. Each deck must include a custom tuck box and a full set of playing cards using State-provided artwork, layouts, logos, and updated card content. The vendor must provide pricing for all required quantity tiers and ensure delivery FOB destination to the specified location. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on total price and applicable preferences.
