Description
The South Dakota Department of Health, Office of Rural Health and Emergency Services (ORHES), is seeking proposals from highly qualified contractors to provide strategic leadership and operational support to advance rural healthcare transformation initiatives across South Dakota. The selected contractor will collaborate with ORHES to develop and implement sustainable strategies that strengthen rural health systems, improve access to care, and support rural and underserved communities. Responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, program development, contract and grant administration, and technical assistance. The contract value shall not exceed $500,000.
