Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) publishes statements of findings under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) after reviewing certain TSCA submissions. These findings indicate that new chemical substances or significant new uses are not likely to present an unreasonable risk of injury to health or the environment. The statements apply to premanufacture notices (PMNs), microbial commercial activity notices (MCANs), and significant new use notices (SNUNs) submitted to EPA. This document presents EPA's findings for submissions reviewed during March 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026.
