Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a component of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), issued an Amended Order under Sections 362 and 365 of the Public Health Service Act. This order suspends the introduction of certain persons from countries experiencing an outbreak of a communicable disease for a period of 30 days, effective May 22, 2026.
