Description

The Department of Education is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection request related to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Reconsideration Request. This collection is used to obtain information from Federal student loan borrowers to determine eligibility for reconsideration of their Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) or Temporary Expanded Public Service Loan Forgiveness (TEPSLF) denial. The Department invites interested persons to submit comments on or before July 28, 2026. The notice is published as part of compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
