Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the volatile organic compound (VOC) requirements for Keystone Automotives Industries dba Saturn Wheel of Huntington County, Indiana. Keystone operates an aluminum alloy wheel refurbishing and distribution facility performing cold cleaner degreasing operations subject to VOC rules under Indiana Administrative Code article 8. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management submitted a Commissioner's Order with revised requirements for EPA approval as an amendment to the Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP). The EPA is approving an equivalent control device and site-specific Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for Keystone's degreasing operations.
