Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) is seeking a licensed, experienced armored courier partner to safeguard daily deposits and ensure same-day bank credit by 1:30 p.m. The vendor will pick up sealed containers containing cash, coins, checks, money orders, and related instruments from GRU locations and deliver them to GRU's designated bank in the condition received. The scope includes furnishing deposit bags and security materials at no charge, supporting scheduled returns and special/emergency pickups including weekends, handling change deliveries from the bank, and providing documentation of experience and licensing. Additional GRU locations may be added during the contract term.
