The project includes a 1,810 SF addition and partial interior demolition to prepare for new construction, totaling approximately 2,780 SF of work area. New spaces will include a vestibule, studio, control booth, edit room, study room, lounge, computer lab, and gaming area, with disciplines covering civil, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and landscape work.
