Description
The Norwich Free Academy Cafeteria Upgrade Project includes the delivery, assembly, and installation of cafeteria furniture as specified in Exhibit B. The awarded vendor must coordinate all delivery and installation activities to meet the project schedule, with all deliveries occurring on August 20, 2026, unless otherwise approved in writing. Furniture must be installed in designated locations, with alternate locations provided if construction conditions prevent installation. Vendors are responsible for transporting oversized items down one flight of stairs if necessary and must remove all packaging and debris upon completion. Early deliveries and storage prior to the scheduled delivery date are not compensated without written authorization.
