The Griswold Housing Authority (GHA) is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified firms to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the new construction of the McCluggage Manor Extension Project. The project is anticipated to be financed through layered funding sources including the Connecticut Department of Housing and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, utilizing 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt bonds. Firms must demonstrate prior successful experience with DOH- and CHFA-funded affordable housing developments of similar scale. Project design and construction drawings are being prepared by Capital Studio Architects, LLC.
