Description

The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, intends to approve a sole source authorization for the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality to purchase access to the intellectual property of the Tetra Tech Bioassessment/Biocriteria Group from Tetra Tech Inc. This procurement is a sole source exemption under Idaho Code section 67-9221. The Administrator has determined that only one vendor is qualified to provide this service. Interested vendors may challenge this sole source procurement within five business days after the closing date by notifying the Division of Purchasing.
