Description

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids for resurfacing approximately 2.818 miles of CR 2321 from the Deer Point Lake Bridge to SR 75 (US 231), including the addition of two new turn lanes. The project includes earthwork, sheet pile installation, adjustments to existing headwalls, guardrail installation, milling, paving, pavement markings and signage, cross drain pipe installation, and stabilization of disturbed areas. Funding is provided by a Florida Department of Transportation Small County Outreach Program Grant (SCOP), and strict adherence to FDOT guidelines is required. The prime contractor must be FDOT pre-qualified in Flexible Paving, and subcontractors must be pre-qualified in Hot Plant-Mixed Bituminous Courses, Drainage, and Grading.
