Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for maintenance and repair services related to carpet, wood, and other flooring. The project term is from August 14, 2026, through August 13, 2027, with four automatic annual renewals possible, not extending beyond August 13, 2031. Vendors must become HISD Approved Vendors by responding to this solicitation and meeting all requirements, including compliance with insurance and MWBE programs. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on May 6, 2026, and questions must be submitted in writing via the electronic bidding portal.
