The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk VA 23511-3392, intends to award a total small business set-aside, Firm-Fixed price contract for Portable Hygiene Facilities in support of Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 4.
