Description
Public Health Ontario (PHO) is inviting Software Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to submit proposals for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution featuring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). The solution must centralize paper requisition scanning and data extraction for Front End Processing, use human-in-the-loop validation for low-confidence data fields, and securely commit validated data into PHO's Laboratory Information System. The primary goal is to reduce median processing time per requisition by approximately 69%, from 4.64 minutes to 1.45 minutes. The OEM must provide Canadian implementation services, either directly or through one Canadian implementation partner, with vendor resources available onsite primarily in Toronto and other PHO laboratory locations in Ontario as required.
