The Human Services Agency seeks qualified agencies to operate one or both of two Transitional Age Youth (TAY) programs: an interim housing program and a rapid re-housing (RRH) program. The interim housing program includes housing-focused case management, facility operation, food services, clinical linkages, and aims to transition clients to permanent housing within 150 days.
