Description

This solicitation is for the installation of dehumidifying equipment to address humidity issues within three commercial walk-in freezers. The work includes demolition, conventional construction, HVAC, electrical work, removal and reinstallation of lighting fixtures, concrete wall coring, ceiling demolition and reconstruction, painting, and roof work to install mechanical vents. The space will remain operational throughout construction with client staff present in unaffected areas. The prime contractor must have a valid standard Certificate of Recognition (COR) or equivalent certification from Alberta Construction Safety Association or an authorized partner.
