Gilbane Building Company, Construction Manager for the 7th & College Street Parking Deck for Mecklenburg County, is soliciting pre-qualification applications from subcontractors interested in bidding the Precast Concrete scope of work. The project involves demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263-space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street.
