Description
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) has issued a Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit information from qualified appraisal professionals and firms. The goal is to create a statewide list of qualified, certified general appraisers and appraisal firms with expertise in multifamily housing valuation, especially for HUD Risk-Share, LIHTC projects, HOME-funded initiatives, and other affordable housing programs.
