Description

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for a full replacement of the existing roof system at the P-100 (West Lake) House in Sterling Forest State Park. The work includes removal and disposal of old roofing materials and installation of a new roof system covering approximately 1,875 square feet. The scope involves removing shingles, gutters, and flashing; inspecting and replacing roof decking; installing ice and water shield; replacing rotten fascia and drip edges; installing vents and flashing; and installing new shingles, gutters, and leaders. Site visits are scheduled for June 9 and 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
