The scope includes inventory and analysis of infrastructure, watershed assessment, and preliminary suggestions of alternative projects to mitigate flooding damages. The project is funded by the NYS DEC Water Quality Incentive Program and requires compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including M/WBE and SDVOB goals.
