The Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center (MHFPC) Bid Package #3 Project involves installation of a new sanitary pumping station and connection to the MHFPC wastewater treatment system, water main piping, and connection of existing water storage tanks to a local municipal water main. The scope includes horizontal directional drilling pipe installation for domestic water and sanitary sewer systems, involving approximately 2400 linear feet of 8"/12" diameter water main and 1400 linear feet of 4" diameter sanitary force main piping. Additional work includes a new water meter vault, booster pump station, backflow preventor, modifications to the existing water treatment building, and installation of a channel grinder, duplex pump station, meter vault, and underground force main piping across route 17M. The project requires execution of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and has set goals for SDVOB and MWBE participation.
