The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) is seeking proposals for consulting services to develop the Rochester Public Market Access, Mobility, and Development Study. The study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the various modes of transportation used at the Public Market and to investigate mixed-use development concepts for the market complex that will contribute to multimodal access.
