Description

The Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) is seeking a highly qualified consultant or firm to provide business development, communication services, marketing integration, partnership management, and stakeholder alignment. This contract focuses on implementation rather than strategy-only or advisory services. The selected contractor will develop and execute actionable plans within the first quarter for full implementation through the first 12 months, and also develop plans for years 1-5 of a five-year planning process. The contractor will actively deploy strategies, manage outreach, develop communication strategies, conduct media buys, provide media training, negotiate agreements, and support activation and renewal efforts.
