Description

This solicitation is for a Master Agreement under which the contractor will provide Staff Medical Monitoring Services on an as-needed basis for employees, volunteers, and other individuals referred by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS). Services include all labor, personnel, transportation, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, and other necessary expenses. The work will be performed at various CDCR/CCHCS institutions, fire conservation camps, facilities, parole offices, and programs as listed in Exhibit F, referred to as the Worksite. Compensation will be based on rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet.
