Bulloch County Commissioners is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from GDOT Prequalified Consultants to provide professional services for construction engineering and inspection. Consultants must employ at least 50% of personnel providing services during the contract term and be on the GDOT Prequalification List for these services by the submission deadline. The deadline for SOQ submissions is 2:00 PM EDT on June 26, 2026. The county will evaluate and score submissions to establish a ranking for contract negotiations.
