Description

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide independent Commissioning Authority (CxA) services for the GESPC II Project at the Georgia World Congress Center campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected firm will provide full lifecycle commissioning services, including Measurement & Verification coordination, for a comprehensive portfolio of Energy Conservation Measures and Facility Improvement Measures. The project involves mechanical, electrical, and controls upgrades across facilities, including Building Automation System replacement, central plant improvements, cooling tower system improvements, hydronic system upgrades, kitchen ventilation demand control systems, generator peak shaving systems, and HVAC refurbishments.
