Description

The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is seeking qualified builders, developers, and development teams to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for participation in the redevelopment and construction of residential and community-serving projects on properties acquired by DRLBA. The scope includes affordable single-family housing, workforce housing, rehabilitation of existing residential structures, mixed-use or community-serving development, and neighborhood-scale commercial or community facilities. Both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs), are encouraged to apply.
