Description
Salt Lake County's Office of Homelessness and Criminal Justice Reform (OHCJR), on behalf of the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness (SLVCEH), is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to facilitate the development of the next SLVCEH Strategic Plan and support a comprehensive strategic recalibration process. The SLVCEH serves as the Continuum of Care (CoC) overseeing federal HUD Continuum of Care funding and community-wide homelessness coordination efforts. The consultant will facilitate a strategic planning process including stakeholder engagement, assessment of coalition structures, facilitation of planning sessions, and development of a final strategic plan with measurable goals and implementation recommendations. The contract term is anticipated to begin in June 2026 and complete by December 1, 2026, with a maximum contract value of $100,000.
