Description
The Department of National Defence requires adventure training services to support the Leadership Enhanced Training Session (LETS) from July 4 to 6, 2026, and the Advanced Enhanced Training Session (AETS) from July 11 to 14, 2026, in Newfoundland for youth aged 15 to 18. The scope includes planning, coordination, supervision, and delivery of outdoor activities such as ocean kayaking, hiking, land navigation, rappelling, and foraging. The contractor must provide qualified instructors, safety equipment, and logistical support. Bidders must comply with Treasury Board policies on contracts awarded to former public servants.
