Description

Defence Research and Development (DRDC) requires a contractor to re-write the code of the DRDC Submarine Simulation Package (DSSP) to current standards in a modern programming language, and to maintain the software support services. This Task Authorization Contract (TAC) will support submarine hydrodynamics R&D at DRDC, fulfilling DRDC’s requirements for software development, maintenance, application, and user support for DSSP. The procurement is conducted through competitive open bidding with the selection criteria based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
