Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is seeking a vessel to serve as the platform for an annual snow crab survey conducted on the Scotian shelf for stock assessment. The vessel will carry a minimum crew of a Captain, three members, and three scientific personnel to complete up to 400 stations annually. The work period is approximately from August 1 to January 15 each year, with the vessel required to berth at various ports along the Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia. The initial contract duration is from award to July 31, 2027, with options to extend up to four additional one-year periods.
