Description
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) requires a state-of-the-art partial pressure vacuum sintering furnace for its Advanced Materials Research Facility at the CEI-Mississauga research centre. This furnace will be used for the final stage debinding and sintering of green-state metallic parts produced by various additive manufacturing processes. It must sinter a variety of alloys in partial-pressure inert atmosphere conditions to convert bound materials into fully dense functional materials. The system must meet all mandatory technical requirements and evaluation criteria. All deliverables are expected within 2 months after contract award.
