The U.S. Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WNB) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is seeking sources for Conference Hoteling Services to support the T-7A Red Hawk System. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WNB) - Services Requested: - Conference Hoteling Services for the T-7A Red Hawk System - Support includes 12-hour daily coverage Monday through Friday - Occasional weekend and overnight support up to 48 hours per month - Requires subject matter experts with in-depth knowledge of T-7A subsystems (avionics, engine, electrical, escape systems, secondary power, flight controls, airframe, environmental control, fuel, hydraulics, landing gear, brakes, oxygen systems, propulsion, and warnings/cautions/advisories) - Must comply with AFI 11-418 and AETC supplement - Vendors must demonstrate experience with complex aircraft systems and ability to access technical data - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Expertise across multiple T-7A subsystems is required - Ability to provide subject matter experts and access technical data - Services are for market research (sources sought), not a request for proposal - Place of Performance: - Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, 1970 Monahan Way, Building 11A, OH 45433

Description

The USAF T-7A Program Office (AFLCMC/WNB) is conducting a Sources Sought to identify qualified vendors capable of providing Conference Hoteling Services for the T-7A Red Hawk System. The services must comply with AFI 11-418 and its AETC supplement. Interested contractors must possess (or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire) in-depth knowledge and provide subject matter experts across the T-7A systems outlined in the attached Sources Sought Notice.
