La Ville de Rivière-du-Loup lance un appel d'offres pour une étude d’avant-projet visant à définir les besoins, analyser les contraintes et établir les paramètres de conception pour l’aménagement d’un corridor cyclopédestre sur la rue des Plateaux, entre les rues Alice Savard et Beaubien. L’étude devra inclure au minimum deux solutions d’aménagements distincts, l’évaluation des avantages et des inconvénients de chaque tracé (impacts techniques, environnementaux, économiques, etc.) et la recommandation d’un tracé prioritaire, justifiée par l’analyse et une estimation des coûts. Cette étude servira de base pour un appel d’offres visant l’octroi d’un mandat professionnel.
