The Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Contract Design build construction for the Large Asset Integration Facility project. Total Set Aside 100% for Small Business NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45 MILLION. PSC Code is C1EA - ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING-CONSTRUCITON: AMMUNITIION FACILIITIES. This requirement is for the design and construction of a new Large Asset Integration Facility at Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. Key features include floor flush with the adjacent ground level, large overhead doors, and an unobstructed clear open area. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities and utilities, including electrical, lighting, heating, ventilation, water, sewer, gas, drainage, pavement, and information systems. The facility must be designed for a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02). Construction range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
