NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Pacific Islands Regional Office (PIRO), is seeking small business contractors to perform Super Typhoon Sinlaku Reef Impact Assessments in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). - Government Buyer: - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Pacific Islands Regional Office (PIRO), CNMI Field Office - Products/Services Requested: - Non-personal services for Super Typhoon Sinlaku Reef Impact Assessments - Includes all labor, equipment, materials, permitting, field logistics, operations, desktop analysis, data management, and reporting - Field surveys at a minimum of 25 priority lagoon and reef sites around Saipan and Tinian - Coral stabilization at a minimum of 5 priority sites - Near real-time data sharing, data analysis, and project partner updates - Final reporting and data management deliverables - Quantities and Part Numbers: - 1 contract for comprehensive assessment services (no specific part numbers) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) - Firm fixed-price purchase order - All-or-none award based on lowest price and technical acceptability - Contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials - Work must be performed in the CNMI, specifically around Saipan and Tinian - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1333MF26Q0044 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Super Typhoon Sinlaku Reef Impact Assessments.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The associated NAICS code is 541990.  The small business size standard is $19.5 million. 

The Government intends to award a low-priced, technically acceptable, firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
