The Air Force Reserve Command is seeking a contractor to deliver Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Tier III training for medical and support personnel. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), HQ AFRC PK, HQ AFRC SG Health Services - Contracting office and place of performance at Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, GA - Training Requirements: - TCCC Tier III training for an initial group of 110 students, with additional sessions for 55 students each in subsequent years - Each training event is 8 days (64 hours) and includes didactic instruction, field training exercises (FTX), and practical scenarios - Curriculum must be approved by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and/or National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) - Certified instructors required, maintaining a 1:6 instructor-to-student ratio - Realistic field exercises with live patient actors, moulage, opposing forces, pyrotechnics, and training weapons - Support Services: - Contractor must provide all lodging (gender-specific, hard billeted), meals (three hot meals daily, dietary restrictions accommodated), laundry, sanitation, and transportation (including airport transfers within 150 miles) - Training equipment, audio/video assets, printed materials, and internet access must be supplied - Contract Structure and Value: - Firm Fixed Price, single-award IDIQ contract - Base year plus three one-year option periods (total up to four years) - Affordability cap of $540,000 for the initial 110-person event - Notable Requirements: - All training must be conducted at secure facilities with capacity for care, feeding, and housing of all participants - 120-day advance notice required for scheduling training events - All services must comply with USDA CACFP guidelines and government dietary requirements - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA664326Q0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), single award IDIQ for TCCC Tier III Training for 8 days and 64 hours of didactics to include all training, care, feeding, lodging and transportation for 110 students. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
