The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking NEBB-certified contractors to provide biannual inspection, testing, certification, and minor repair services for Stair Pressurization Systems at multiple Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) and a Flight Service Station (FSS) across Alaska. - Government Buyer - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), including Regional Acquisitions Services and Western Service Area Technical Operations - Contracting officer: Angela Furukawa - OEMs and Vendors - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested - Biannual (twice per year) inspection, testing, adjustment, certification, and minor repairs of Stair Pressurization Systems - Services required at the following FAA facilities: - Anchorage International Airport ATCT - Merrill Field ATCT - Kodiak ATCT - Kenai ATCT - Fairbanks International Airport ATCT - King Salmon ATCT - Bethel ATCT - Juneau ATCT - Ketchikan Flight Service Station (FSS) - Each facility requires two inspections per year, totaling 18 inspections annually and 90 over the five-year contract period - Deliverables include certification documents and detailed trip reports after each visit - Unique or Notable Requirements - All technicians must hold National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) certification - Compliance with NFPA 92A, ASHRAE, OSHA, and other applicable codes is mandatory - Minor repairs may be authorized via contract modification - Firm-fixed price contract with a base year and four option years - No set-aside applies to this procurement - Work is to be performed at federal facilities throughout Alaska

Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for Stair Pressurization System Inspections and Testing at multiple FAA facilities in Alaska, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

The technicians must be certified to work on the Stair Pressurization System equipment and components and any adjustments and repairs. See Sections H and L for key Personnel Requirements for details.

There is NO set-aside for this requirement.

Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years.
