The U.S. Air Force, 22d Training Squadron at Fairchild Air Force Base, is seeking qualified businesses to provide floor replacement services for two E2S2 Mobile Command Posts. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 22d Training Squadron (22 TRS Logistics), under the 92d Contracting Squadron (FA4620 92 CONS LGC), Air Mobility Command - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and replacement of floor panels for two E2S2 Mobile Command Posts - Floor panels must meet OEM specifications: - 1.625 inch thickness, +/-5% original weight - R-17 thermal resistance - High-density closed cell polyurethane foam core - Polyurea-based non-slip coating - CARC or OEM-approved exterior coating - Compatibility with OEM EPDM rubber gaskets - Federal fire retardancy standards - 304-grade stainless steel piano hinges - Frame Integrity Report and factory-installed hard points required - Floor removal and installation services, including cleaning, inspection, installation prep, and assembly - Coordination with 22 TRS Logistics for delivery and scheduling - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with OEM specifications and federal, state, and local laws - Contractor's facility must be within 30 miles of Fairchild AFB - Work to be completed within 60 days of award - Delivery and security coordination required with 22 TRS Logistics - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - NAICS code: 238330 (Flooring Contractors)

Description

PURPOSE: The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available authorized businesses to provide the requirement for Mobile Command Post Floor Replacement at Fairchild AFB.

This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government.

REQUIREMENT: This notice is issued by the U.S. Air Force, 92d Contracting Squadron, Fairchild AFB, WA. This sources sought is seeking to identify responsible potential sources to provide essential Mobile Command Post Floor Replacement supporting Fairchild AFB (FAFB), WA.

The Mobile Command Post Floor Repacement services must meet the specifications in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW)(Draft). The current SOW is in draft status.

ANTICIPATED NAICS/SIZE STANDARD: This requirement falls under the NAICS Code of 238330, Flooring Contractors, with a size standard of $19,000,000.
