Senate Food and Related Services Solicitation

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking proposals to provide comprehensive food and related services for the United States Senate. - Government Buyer: - Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Acquisition & Material Management Division - Office located at 2nd & D Streets, SW, FHOB - Room 264, Washington, DC 20515 - Products/Services Requested: - Full-spectrum food and related services for the U.S. Senate - Includes catering, menu planning, and delivery services - All specific requirements, deliverables, and menu items are detailed in the attached Statement of Work and RFP documents - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Offerors must complete a nondisclosure agreement to access certain attachments - Proposals must be submitted via the AOC's Secure File Transfer Site (Kiteworks) - Strict adherence to proposal submission procedures outlined in Section L - All detailed requirements are contained in the referenced attachments, which are not included in this summary.

Description

Offerors, In this announcement is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for #AOCSSB26R0002 for Senate Food and Related Services for the United States Senate under the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). Offerors must follow the RFP instructions outlined in Section L to help us evaluate your proposal. There is no question-and-answer period. This is for interested contractors who requested more time to submit proposals. I am posting the original announcement for reference. 

The final proposal submission will be due Wednesday, June 24 at 12:00 pm ET. Proposals must be received via AOC’s Secure File Transfer Site - Kiteworks as stated in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Contractor. Offerors are encouraged to request access to Kiteworks via email as soon as possible (Read J.23 - Kiteworks Instructions) List of RFP Attachments: AOCSSB26R0002 – Standard Form (SF) 33 Section B – Supplies and/or Services and Prices Section C – Statement of Work Section L – Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Contractor Section M – Evaluation Factors for Award RFP Attachments J.1 through J.25 RFP Attachment J.2 (drawings) will require the completion of a nondisclosure agreement form, which is attachment J.22. Be advised that Attachments J.18 and J.19 shall not be completed until a contract (award) is issued; please do not complete these forms as a part of your proposal submission.
