The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Paintball Concessionaire Services at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), specifically at the Bethel Recreation Area in Hampton, VA. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 633d Contracting Squadron (633 CONS LGCP), Langley AFB, VA - Products and Equipment Required: - Paintball markers (150 units) - High Pressure Air (HPA) tanks (80 units) - Bulk CO2 air tanks (15 units) - Bulk HPA air tanks (10 units) - ASTM certified paintball goggle systems (150 units) - Repair kits for rental markers (20 units) - Cases of field paint (75), mid-grade paint (20), and premium paint (20) - Inflatable systems for paintball play (2 units) - Obstacles (e.g., hay bales, cable spools; subject to approval) - Air compressor (1 unit, 5000 psi capability) - ABC fire extinguishers (2 units, certified) - Transport vehicle (1 unit, large enough for equipment and resale items) - Retail items for resale (batteries, squeegees, barrel sleeves, non-alcoholic beverages) - Services Required: - Full management and operation of paintball concession, including safety briefings, referees, scheduling, fee collection, promotional activities, and conflict resolution - Maintenance of all equipment and supplies - Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards - Continuous, reliable service to authorized patrons - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all resources (management, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation) - Monthly concession fee of $4,000, with a base year and four 12-month option years - All equipment must be maintained in safe, working order and meet relevant certifications - Service is to be performed at a designated federal recreation area within a military installation - No specific OEMs or brand names are mentioned; the opportunity is open to vendors able to meet the technical and operational requirements.

Description

The contractor shall furnish all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform Paintball Concessionaire services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), located at Bethel Recreation Area 123 Saunders Road Hampton VA 23666.
